Precursor conspiracy theorizing extravaganza

It's been nagging at the back of my mind for a bit now... but Precursors bear striking architectural similarity to a race in one of my very dear and beloved series. Atm I'm drunk and thinking about it I realized it's actually a lot more then just architecture that bears striking resemblance.
No point in linking Precursor pics, since everyone here including those on stable are now very much familiar with what their "mighty huts" look like. So lets delve into the fabulous world of mind boggling conspiracies based on alcohol induced mental state, so to speak.
Here is a shot of "Kha'ak" station from quiet a bit away.

Close enough that I soon after started getting shot by lasers... A LOT
Here is another thing about this. Both races love lasers, I mean they REALLY love them. Precursors have giant one... Kha'ak use exclusively lasers on everything.
By the way, have you noticed how Precursors are coloring practically everything with green light? Yeah... they really love that color... Well the other fellas love purple, it's bloody everywhere and yes just like Precursors their lasers are colored in their "national" color. Difference is that the other guys use purple, it's a minor difference really. Actually I just had a mind blowing realization, their key for all the doors is >PURPLE< damn... I'm really good at this.

Now here is the "money" shot. My ship went boom about 1 second after it was taken. Oh... it just dawned on me, both races love blowing up space ships... with lasers. Damn.
Now you can finally see how similar structures are! Only real difference is Precursors love cubes and my guys like pyramids, they love them so much that even their ships are literally pyramids with an engine!
It's a minor difference.
Ignore the fire on the bridge and co-pilot cursing at me about imminent death. Such a worry wart.
Coincidence? I think not! Kha'ak are insectoid race that you sort of wipe out... But then they just come back like nothing happened. Oh did I mention that both species have an unhealthy addiction to warping and teleporting technology? Yep... those warpers are like Kha'ak ships they also warp anywhere they want at random. Pfft... Oh... and warpers are purple. GOD DAMN. This is crazy.
I'm starting to think that Kha'ak collective, being a hive mind based species, brainwashed our devs into creating some very addictive interactive advertisement! Or flat out mind controlled... watch out my friends.
