Were there any news on moonpool rotation and disappearing external pieces?

I really tried to dig through trello... I hate it... and I also didn't really find anything. I can find plenty of please let us rotate it but never anything on whether it will be possible even, forget when.
And same for placing x removes anything that isn't a full blown module. My base now has about a thousand extra imaginary power from all the times I forgot about my thermal generators outside and they got removed.
