How To Bind Chuckle?

<div class="IPBDescription">urk urk urk</div> How do I bind the chuckle? I tried those chuckling above a marine thingys, but by the time i press right mouse button, go down left, left, i usualy fall off and get wasted ;/

yes. it is impulse 7. ie:

<b>bind "mouse3" "impulse 7"</b>
