Fell out of map during exploration of aurora

When I was in the prawn bay I finally finished looking around in there then I was going to move on to the living quarters hallway but it was not loaded so I thought if I walked in it would load up right away but then I walked thru it and fell out of the map and I can't find away back in and I don't want to have to go thru putting all the fires back out and going thru all the trouble to get back so can someone plz help btw I'm Xbox one

For some reason the living is not loading up no matter what I walk a few meters away then it loads up for a few seconds then I walk up to the door and it's gone
