Subnautica Version - 38227 Sep-2016
Description - If I click to access a locker while I'm moving, I sometimes get the the animation of my character's hand coming up but there's no PDA in it. It still think I'm in the inventory mode so I have to hit TAB to get out of that mode and click on my locker again.
Reproduction steps - The easiest way I've been able to reproduce it is to stand in front of a locker so the Open Lock icon is displayed. As you click to access the locker, move back or to the side.

Not sure if that's it, or if it's the fact that you're standing in front of another locker while doing so.
