We can do with level 2 power cells

i think it will a be good idea to have next level power cells that last longer without we charging because we got lithium ion batteries that level 2

Lithium ion batteries would be really cool. However, I think better powercells would have to be made with lead and sulfuric acid (you find sulfuric acid by crafting 3 deep shrooms into it), very similar to a car battery.

No. HCl is way stronger and therefore more corrosive. H2SO4 already needs to be diluted for safe use. Considering we do have sulfur and and crash powder in the game, making H2SO4 available for production could be an option.
