WHATS A PRISON AQUARIUM?! Is it going to be the sort of actual part of the prison the emperor will be trapped in? comment theories or what it actually is and if you comment what it actually is i will need proof.

maybe. i do know that the sea emperor although terrifying beyond everything is friendly. i also saw juvenile emperors. maybe we get some baby ones that will be kept in the prison aquarium.
