the game's crashing

i think i found external problems... "the game is crashing since 67 update" i tried to test another past update and the same thing happened, so maybe is not a game problem... maybe is a software problem, but i don't know the issue, i thought it was the "Vulkan Runtime Libraries" by Nvidia's last drivers update but nothing... so could be the Visual C++ from microsoft or the new Nvidia drivers, but i need your help to solve the issue
