Translation updates/experimental branch

My question is simple: Are the translation changes made in http://translate.unknownworlds.com/ applied in each update of the experimental branch? This would be very useful to know, so translators can translate and fix faster everything due the continuos updates the experimental branch has per week. Also, this way translators could have everything ready for the next big updates instead of waiting to them to see if we need to fix something or not.
