Something wrong with objects' physics and coordinates after reloading game

after loading game on floating island - i fall down through the ground. Its looking like a not all information correctly writing in SAVE file or that info does not take into account in the calculations of pitching objects floating on ocean's surface and so after reloading game some object placing inside of another object or into some ground surface cause ground has another coordinates on sea' surface.
also PDA on main base (Torgaljin) was unusable and particaly 'dig' into table.
Some objects are not 'soft' and i can go through them (island's ground in caves, trashed lifepods)
