Damage Lifepod systems cant be repaired

As of the newest update in Experimental (29991) Trying to repair the Damaged Lifepod systems (the pnale right next to the fabricator) in the Lifepod is impossible. the weld percentage stays at 0%. However the Radio is repairable no problem.

try to deinstall game, delete all its files and install it again. In my case i have no problems with it. but I can't take a PDA on floating island - I see it but I can't grab it. When i start a new game - all working fine.
