Mouse sensitivity settings are on Steam cloud storage

Like video and other system specific settings, they shouldn't be on Steam cloud storage. Because of differences in equipment, I constantly have to switch my sensitivity from 1.6 to 16 between home and work.

    We can tell him to disable cloud and copy his config files as he pleases because this isn't xbox
