This was brought up in another thread and it got me thinking about trying to find more uses for seldom used items in the crafting list.
One item in particular caught my imagination (see title)
While trying to deploy it I realized that it can only be turned on the horizontal plane, it cannot be angled up or down.
Is this working as intended? (or am I missing something)
I was thinking of using it as an underwater rapid elevator.
Point one at the surface down and another at the bottom up and voila.
One can only dream..
