Game crashes on clicking "play"

Restarting computer to see if that helps. Any help is greatly appreciated and hopefully this doesn't affect others or can be fixed before it causes any more issues.

    So looking at the log you posted, this sticks out to me:

    FMOD failed to initialize ... A call to a standard soundcard driver failed, which could possibly mean a bug in the driver or resources were missing or exhausted.

    The actual crash apprears to start when you try to:
    0007FF7F578A1EE (Subnautica) RegisterModule_Audio



    Do you have a working sound card? I would update my sound drivers and go from there.
