Can't Change Graphic Settings!

Ever since the Crash Site Update I haven't been able to change by graphics.  In F3 clicks don't register and it goes back to the game.  On the Launcher for the game, it doesn't do a thing!!!  This needs to be fixed since it leaves my graphics at the lowest setting possible :(!!!

    i buy a nvidia gtx 970 B
    I would like I could well use it without having to go to change seting every time
    also to be possible change the distance of display of objects,
    because to see objects Poping very near is really unpleasant to see

    hey guys, its known. If you press f8 your mouse should work on the menus. Please use that until uwe gets a chance to fix things.
