Bug report not working on Macbook Pro

The problem is exactly what it says in the title: I can't use the bug report option on my Macbook. Every time I try and press F8, it'll ask me if I'm connected to the internet. Though this is indeed the case, the game doesn't seem to notice it.

I'm running the game full screen, on minimal graphics, but changing this doesn't help.

Perhaps it's being blocked by a firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware?

Apparently the inventory button doesn't work either.

Okay, now it sounds like the keyboard isn't reporting the same key press. Does the error look like this?

If not, it may be that the laptop has a predetermined function for F8.

Hmm...that pic was created by disconnecting my connection at the launcher dialog box. Well either it's a different error or it's your laptop. What does F8 do outside of the game?

jus to be clear, you're running windows on the macbook right? we don't support a mac version yet (tho it might be coming soon)
