The engine right now allows you to dive infinite deep and rise to surface like a rocket, so is practically already like liquid breathing. Of course looking at my head in the engine reveals ... no head at all, so I can't tell.
What I'd really like to see is a decompression failure like in some movies, when the human in the decompression chamber pops and splatters. Would show me decompression physics is installed.
