Reworking filters in server selection panel

The more and more i see that people (including me) use the filter "empty server". It can be useful but ultimately it makes the server invisible to the profit of big slot count server. These big servers should be combat to my opinion instead of NS2.
The magnet effect of these big ones is that it discourage ppl from seeding (including me). I don't say it because i got one server recently. I say it because i see a lot of good ones that just are ignored since a long time. If removed it would make ppl see there are plenty of servers in there.
So, should the filters reworked on this panel ? Letting ppl able to sort servers by ping+number of player should be ok.
