How Do You Select Soldiers As Commander?

If I just command without waypoints, they get **obscenity**. sorry no. I tell them to stick together. that helps a lot when selecting all of them by drawing a box around them.

The best you can do is get at least one or two with a WP...get your men to follow them and stay together and then give thema more group WP later or just keep them moving following the leader.
