Bug - Fade getting stuck in gorge tunnels

Issue:
My fade has become stuck in a gorge tunnel a few times since latest patch, and I have seen one other fade become stuck in a gorge tunnel - no screenshots/videos taken sorry.
Steps to repeat:
I think if you are holding down blink as you go into the tunnel you become stuck. Or perhaps just blinking immediately once you're in the tunnel. You get stuck in the very first lumpy bit that sticks out as you come into the tunnel - happens almost immediately.
