Just so you know, your video card (GPU) is below the minimum requirements for this game. You have 512 mb dedicated memory, and the minimum is 1 GB.
Your GPU drivers also are not WHQL
I don't think those are part of the problem, necessarily, but its worth mentioning. I can only begin to imagine the horrible FPS you get with that hardware :-/

yes it is indeed horrible , but i like the game too much, i'm used to it and have managed to play pretty decent with it.
and the mod off did nothing, it's just an AV mod, so i didn't think to disable it before i posted.
i still get the bug, but i get around it by getting someone on my friends list to join a server, and steam joining them.
