Bring back the rest of the NS1 maps!

Hey UWE,

I've been adoring NS2 for months now, and it's presently my favorite game. I played the hell out of NS1 almost a decade ago, and veil and eclipse have both on several occasions given me awesome nostalgia flashbacks to the old game.

Are you guys working on bringing back the rest of the NS1 maps? I would LOVE to see hera, tanith, lost, origin, bast, etc, brought back for ns2. For the most part I like the way you've tweaked the old maps to bring them up to NS2 standards. The old maps are tried and true, and pretty well balanced. It would be great fun to see them added to the current NS2 map pool!

I know a few mods have done it, but I'd love to see them officially endorsed!

you would be surprised how much time and money it costs them to make such maps in ns2 style. Unofficial ones also cost a insane amount of time. Everyone wants the old maps but time & money is not unlimited

I dont think UWE will remake ALL the old maps (Hell, I dont think they did half the work Eclipse) Tanith/Caged/Hera are both being worked on by the community, they all look really well [Hera is the only one you cant play right now, the other two are on the workshop]

UWE had a new version of Origin in the works at one point (though from what Ive heard its on hold right now)

I'm fairly sure there will be no new maps for quite a while now, new ones or remakes.
