Permissions API/Give Server Operators the Ability to give to their Supporters

Hey guys,
My only suggestion at the present moment would be to work in an API that would allow Server Operators to give back to those who help support their servers, as you do to those who help support your studio.
Pretty much my suggestion is to make it so that in the default NS2 Server there are some perks that Server Operators can give their players, such as;
Custom Models
Predefined Custom/Models
Custom Taunts
PreGame Team Selection (Select what team you prefer, and automatically be put into it when a new match starts)
Custom Commander Buildings (If Supporter Specifies custom commander, than the buildings he drops has different textures)
Just some various ideas, but I think you guys should take some time to give server operators the ability to encourage donations for their servers easier. This would help ensure that quality servers thrive and last longer in the NS2 world.
As for everything else, I think the current content in the game is awesome, and I think the additions you guys have been making are great
