Are all of the servers in the UK?

When I bought this game yesterday, I only look at the tutorial and sandbox mode. A bit after my friend and I got into a real server, but I had about 200 ping...but my friend's ping was fine. He lives in the UK, so I checked the server list and all the servers had the same ping, over 200. He said he had 30 ping at most on all the servers. Has my Internet died or are there no servers in America?

    Ofc there are US Servers but depending on where you live the ping differs a bit. Just take a look at nanogrid (it shows country flags for all servers).

    But keep in mind the nanogrid list doesnt have all servers.
