MAIN MENU NOT WORKING! HELP!

Well the problem is i just got the game. The main menu is bugged and wont let me click the "play or options buttons" if re installed 2 times. I have no clue what to do if its a temporary bug? bad update? i don't know

it looks like a great game. but i cant play it because the menu is messed up. i want this fixed please help.... i feel robbed.

It is not a gfx error seeing as i have a GTX 560 TI

    Uninstall NS2 and delete the NS2 folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common. Re Download and install the game. If the problem continues email tech support and they can help you.
