Cheaters/Abuse Forum?

So I just posted a thread about a cheater and it's been removed, plus you were generous enough to give me a warning. I've looked through all the forum subsections and there is not one area to report abusive players or hacking cheaters. Natural selection 2 is not some infallible game and there will always be players looking to cause trouble. UWE needs to look out for the community in this regard or you will find the game is abandoned. Of course you should only accept threads with screenshots (if applicable, e.g swearing) or video captures along with the steamid. Just brushing it away under the carpet makes you look like fools who cannot control the problem.

Sorry there may have been some miss communication, no one is trying to brush it under the rug. The place to report cheaters/hackers is to server admins, not the forums. Hacker complaints are often just hearsay and its unfair to name names in open forums. If you have actual hacks (as in the files) to report you would want to PM one of the play test leads (obraxis, ironhorse or a really any of the developers or ns2 playtesters you see on the forums). If the hacks/abuse is on official servers you would do the same except video evidence would be needed. Not to speak for UWE but I don't see them banning any one without real proof of cheating.

I'm adding one more comment after the lock; I explained how to report this in the warning. There's no sweeping under the rug. We are all aware of the issues, but we will not have anyone publically accusing anyone else of hacking/cheating. You shall not be judge, jury and executioner.
