The builder tool in launch pad - unable to publish a mod due to a bug.

When entering settings in builder, the window looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/U9YED47.jpg
You can still see the top 2 pixels of the word Configuration, just above "Build", but it's not possible to resize the window to access the boxes necessary to publish a mod. Is there any fix or work around this?
