Votemap needs too many votes

When people try to use votemap on my server there could be 11 players but it will require 13 votes to change. Anyone else have this issue?

    It is a mod providing this functionality, isn't it? Check that mod's settings files.

    I see that screwed up votemap all over the place too.

    Yes now that I check, it's in NS2Stats
