Pre-order bonus marine skin missing?

I pre-ordered NS2, and have the green and deluxe skins. Recently I've seen people with a different "black" skin that looks pretty cool. They say it came with the pre-order, but no other skins are available in my options.

What do I need to do to unlock this skin?
