you can get stuck behind the box in the upper left corner in smelting on the map refinery. It is on the plateau near the RT.
Another issue at the same spot is, you can build an obs in the "pillar" (corner), too. It is not visible, but you can build it through the wall.
Not a huge problem, but an undetected obs should not be possible.
Maybe you can build other structures there, too. Never tried it.
From the commanders point of view is no pillar visible.
On the same note:
you can get stuck behind the railing in Reactor Core on summit, too.
