Where's the key bindings file stored nowadays?

Greetings.
I wanted to have multiple keybinding setting so I'd like to swap config files. However, all google results point to options.xml file in NS2 folder in appdata, which is not present on my system! The folder exists, but the file isnt. Game however correctly remembers my custom hotkeys so they are saved somewhere...
So, where does NS2 store keybindings now?
