STUCK AT DOWNLOADING MODS!

I got this before -

didn't really know how to fix it so i just deleted NS2 and reinstalled - took me 5 mins on a 100 Mbit down connection :)

Well I was trying to diagnose this with someone who was having the problem and while we did not delete the whole NS2 Installation I believe he ran the consistency checking on the NS2 Installation and was still having the problem?
