Can't get in Marine Command Chair

Been having a problem recently where it's very hard to get in the marine command chair. No press "E" to start commanding pops up. Even though there will be blue arrows around the chair saying to get in and there isn't a commander. Had this happen on multiple servers recently. Did a file integrity check on steam still the same problem. I noticed if I start looking around the chair and spam the "E" button it will eventually let me start commanding but it's a pretty annoying bug.

I don't have any problems on the alien side.

    You have to look at the command chairs 'control panel'. Most of the time it will not work if you look straight inside the CC.
    The 'CP' is 30*~ lower from the middle of the screen.
