He did say that someone on his team was giving away the positions of upgrade structures and pointing them out to players on the other team and that the offender was "tagged with another group there". He just said he won't out the person or the group for a "name and shame fest" which is admirable.

Sorry, but there is just so many abusive ways to commanders using such punishment mechanism and doesn't fit in this game, trolling has nothing to do with it. Just imagine some elitist commander punishing his whole team being noob or not listening everyword he says giving impossible orders or something and after that flaming the team ?
just imagine some noob commander punishes pro gamers when they try to help them by saying don't make turrets ?
i could keep on.... but i hope you see why such system should never belong in this game.

I'd rather kinda get ideas for it before I think about that. There's a lot of different ways to go about things.

Reading through the thread, i think you've missed the point. The person in question wasn't cheating asin "hack.exe" cheating. He was 'ghosting' (in cs parlance), ie, probably using teamspeak or ventrillo to tell his mate on the other team where things were, etc. If you knew this while posting, i cant understand why you keep asking for proof...

lol I kinda agree with this, I comm a lot and while the majority of players do listen to what I say, some either can't be bothered or don't speak or understand english.
