The easiest strategy when you have a train of exos on the march is to rush all the marine bases with your onos's and drop hives on them as soon as the CC is gone. There is no way the exos will be able to take down all the hives by the time the alien team have stomped all the marine bases. Even the marines call a beacon, you only have half the team to deal with and the exos are then all by themselves.
