Possibly Some More Details To A Bug

<div class="IPBDescription">Commander bug - can't click structures</div> I'm sure a bunch of people have already heard about the bug when you are commander, and try to click a structure, but it highlights something else.
The same thing happened to me twice in a row, so I figured I'd tell you about it.
The first time, we took the sewer hive, and I moved our base to the hive (CC, ips, armory, the works)
I decided to upgrade the armory, so I built another one for the marines to use while it was upgrading. (first one was already up) My marines built the second armory, I went to upgrade the first one, and the bug appeared. This exact same thing happened when on another map I moved our base to Eclipse Command. Second armory built, went to upgrade, bug appeared. This has never happened to me unless my CC and rest of the base were at a hive.

I think there's something up with Eclipse Command and the surrounding area, because I absolutely could not upgrade anything over there, where I set up my main base. It got so bad that shortly afterward (when we got the 2nd nearest hive, forget the name) I ended up building everything else AGAIN just so I could get the upgrades.
That is, I had to use resources to build everything again, because the bug wouldn't allow me to SELL any structures within the eclipse command area, either. And when I tried to assault in certain areas (most near eclipse command), I couldn't upgrade to siege turret status. Things seemed to work fine everywhere else, weird as that sounds.
We still won though, obviously, since we had the two hives =). The glitch really prolonged the game, though.
