Re-cycling Gorge Hydras should refund Res

Perhaps if the host gorge 'E's its own hydra back, it recovers 2 res out of 3, allowing relocation of hydras to be less painful.

Of course, this should not work if you are 'E'ing someone else's hydras, which should be disabled anyhows.

    Just tried it out in custom game, and it indeed doesn't refund you any P.Res whatsoever, which is quite unfortunate. If it doesn't have full health then you won't get any P.Res back, or it could however have a cost based on health it has, e.g. full refund = 76-100%, 2 P.Res = 66-75%, 1 P.Res = 65% or something like that.
