Servers Do Not Appear

Hi i have been able to play the game on Nano grid website. Now i cannot it lags out my session, so i was wondering how can i make servers appear i have tried every coambiton i can think of the filters but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated i have not been able to play the game in a week and 1/2
