Quick swap and Scroll-wheel bindings

Is there quick swap in the game like in the old NS and in CS, by quick swap I mean swapping between 2 guns with 1 key. The default used to be "Q", and I loved it.
Also, is there a way to rebind the scrollwheel, I really hate the gun-/skillswapping from it, and love to bind Jump on it.
I remember a lot of people used to bind "attack" on to it to fast-shoot with pistol, and this might be to prevent this. But at least allow us to unbind it if it's not the idea to bind something to it.
