NS2 laggy as ALIEN when next to hive with Cloaking AND spawnBUG

hey there,
as said in topic, ns2 gets really laggy when alien com is using cloak chambers near hive, only there...
sometimes it is caused by fps drop on client, sometimes i see server tick going down, this is really messy and very hard to play

and this is a spawn bug? only way out is reconnect or F4 or kill by
