Refinery Loading Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">Anybody else having them?</div>I'm having trouble loading the map refinery, every other map loads perfectly fine.
But when I'm loading refinery, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to load.
After loading, I enter the server with 999 ping and everything is black except the join aliens and join marine icons.
As soon as I join a team, using the console cause I can't see anything, the game crashes.
Is anybody else having this problem? How to fix?
