<div class="IPBDescription">Rebinding</div>Seeing as i can't rebind the commander hot keys in an actual game menu, i have to do it in the lua files. Reason i want to rebind them is because i have an azerty keyboard, not a qwerty one.
The file you have to modify is Steam\steamapps\common\Natural Selection 2\ns2\lua\Commander_Buttons.lua. Simply change lines 14 => 16 with the keys you want, should more or less explain itself (only use actual letters, commas and such don't work). If you somehow mess up simply re-validate your cache on steam to fix it.
Right now people with azerty keyboards use the left setup, if you have qwerty, try the one on the right as that is how we have to do it.
With all that said, having a menu ingame would be great!
edit: changing it in the lua files only works in the explore mode, gives you the "client and server differ" error on actual servers
