Game Crash on Startup (Also Crashes Steam)

<div class="IPBDescription">Crash/Big Report</div>I was just playing 3 days ago before the final release update. With no problems.
Now when I try to play. The game gets to the menu and immediately freezes and goes unresponsive. The only way to end it is to Crtl+Alt+Del and end the process. But, this also crashes my Steam as well for some reason.
The only way I can get the game to start is Running as Administrator. But, this does not always work. And, sometimes the game crashes anyways.
If you are having the problem try doing this as well. No guarantees though. I am looking for a long term fix, and just wanted to get this out there. Thanks.
System Specs if needed:
GTS 250 (2 SLI)
i7 920
Windows 7 64-bit Professional
6GB RAM DDR3
