Are there going to be enough servers on launch?

the short answer : probably not

Devcast last week said they're preparing official servers for launch, not just relying on private servers. Even so, I'd imagine everything will be bursting at the seams at launch.

it'll be fine, they queue joining for servers. had they not it'd be a huge issue
