Hydras should parasite rines

Hydras currently suck at everything, so this would give them some use, correct?

Oh I like it +1 will add tactics to placement and thats never a bad thing

Since there's no actual aiming involved + 30 seconds is a long time, I feel Hydra giving Hive Sight (8 seconds on hit) would be enough of a buff.

I dont need to have my position exposed for 30+ seconds because an auto aiming plant hit me.

This would be better. Allows for people to clearly see the hydras are under attack.
