Add stop refreshing servers button

Would be nice if there was a stop refreshing servers button. It's just little annoying sometimes when you have to wait till all the servers load.. . I want to join a specific one but the list just keeps on growing o its hard to join one, unless loading stops.

i agree. it's annoying to see a nice server on the list but not being able to join it when the refresh is done because the last slot was filled up in the meantime...

I think it would be more important to cache the server list instead of always loading it when opening the server list. It often takes 5-10 minutes for me to join a server because i first load the list, join a game, get an error the server is full, then load the server list again. This usually happens 2-5 times and it gets very frustrating to wait for a minute when the server list refreshes every time.

And: Menumod keeps crashing my ns2 every few minutes, so it's not usable for me... the server browser currently is way too slow! It's just... stupid. They need to redo the whole server browser, I guess.

fsods menumod is glorious. Use that if you want a server browser that actually works in the meantime.

Annoys me when I click to join but the server selection jumps down 1 because it added another from the refresh.

Also seriously need to make it authenticate the connection before closing the server browser - makes joining nearly full servers a pain when you constantly get spat back out and have to refresh the list for a new one.
