When hit, the minimap gets blurry.

Exos would depend more on their team when fleeing or navigating
and Bile Bomb would cause generally more disorientation.

And next patch its going to actually do damage to them right? Getting a 200% buff I believe. Now we just need to stop macs healing eachother and the whole exo push thing is probably fine.
