The awesome soundtrack

So back when the first pre-orders were up for grab, I got myself one so I could get the awesome looking black armor. My pre-order works just fine with the armor and everything, this is not the issue here.

So recently I noticed the pre-order on steam would be getting the soundtrack, and loving the music in the game I wanted that, but since I already have the game on steam I am unable to buy it again.

Yes, I am willing to pay for it again to get the soundtrack.

My problem/question is this:
Does the original pre-order special edition not get access to the soundtrack? if not, how or where can I buy it?
