disabled steam acc with ns2 beta version, no gift?

<div class="IPBDescription">gift :(</div>hi, i activated my cdkey key on my older acc, however the acc is now disabled and i can not reactivate by steamsupport.
could i get a cd-key for the pre-order to my mail instead? i have my old cdkey and mail info + paypal just in case if needed.
