Missing World Textures

<div class="IPBDescription">Everything's missing :(</div>So, yesterday NS2 was working just fine on my computer. I played a game of DOTA 2, then me and a handful of other Steam users had our Steam installations damaged by a beta update, forcing me to reinstall Steam and all of my games.
Everything is working properly now, with the exception of textures in NS2. Whenever I join a game, I can see my HUD and the outlines of a few random things + the skybox, but all of my world textures are missing. I've uninstalled NS2, removed every trace of it on my computer, and reinstalled the game. I've also tried updating video drivers and adjusting all video options in-game... anyone have any ideas?

"This is actually an easy fix :)
Go into you CCC and disable all anti-aliasing related settings for NS2.exe, set them to application setting. You can enable it in the options/graphics menu. NS2 is using a different kind of FSAA called FXAA, this is the cause for everything apart from emission maps to become invisible "
Kind of strange though, because I don't ever use CCC for anything, so I've never set user-defined settings for NS2.
